This project includes a business idea, key user journey mapping, personae creation, interviews with potential users ideation and prototyping. This service focuses on building a product that customers can trust and lean on. Our brand is based on trust. Thus is an end to end experience design project with a focus on business goals as well. 

KEY USER JOURNEY MAPPING

We traced the journey of our key personae through the entire process of moving in from the time they make their decision ot the actual move in day. This exercise helped us better understand the sentiments of our users and how we could design the service to soothe certain negative emotions during this journey as well document the positive ones to help build memories

BUSINESS CASE

Unique Selling Point - Personalized Service

This Service is no regular moving in service. Over and above helping with the move it focuses on reducing stress and helping make this a memorable event. It provides each user a unique experience as per their needs and likes.

PROTOTYPES - WIREFRAMES FOR WEBSITE

The website and the emails are used to start the initial conversation with the user. We wanted this experience to be easy, intuitive and fun. 

The website is simple to navigate and can be used on all devices. Here we designed wireframes for the web interface. 

The content has be strategically added to keep the user engaged so as to motivate them to use the service. The emails maintain this excitement and engagement up until the actual product is developed

PROTOTYPES - PERSONALIZED BOX

The personalized box is delivered to the user after they take the quiz. It is curated based on the results of the quiz as per the likes and needs of the user.

The box contains a few standard items such as a welcome note, candy and a sticker to scan for the Cohab App.

The next set of items are specific to the quiz results and range from some fun games, books, DVDs and other items unique to the user's likes.

EVALUATION

The evaluation included sending out surveys to select a few interview participants as well as multiple walkthroughs with our key personae.

The entire service was evaluated by 10 interview participants and two walkthroughs with our key personae (As shown in the pictures)
